Technical Business Analyst

You'll play a key role in bringing complex systems together, translating requirements into actionable outcomes, and ensuring technology solutions are built with both customer and business needs in mind.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into practical technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating business and technical requirements into clear delivery outcomes for development teams
• Running workshops with business and technical subject matter experts to uncover integration and system requirements
• Supporting the design of connected systems and helping define how platforms interact
• Creating clear technical documentation and supporting successful solution delivery within Agile squads
• Collaborating across teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with business objectives

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, confidence working with technical teams, and experience navigating system integrations.

We’re particularly interested in people with:

Experience in Technical BA or Integration BA roles
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence facilitating workshops and gathering technical requirements
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable tasks for delivery teams

Nice to have

While not essential, experience with Salesforce, nCino, or lending technology platforms would be highly regarded.
