SAP Security Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Analyst to join a large, complex retail environment on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role plays a critical part in ensuring SAP systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with business roles and operational needs across in-store and corporate environments.

The Role:

• Ensure SAP systems remain secure, compliant, and aligned to organisational processes
• Support SAP security across S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA DB, BTP, IDM and GRC environments
• Translate business roles into fit-for-purpose SAP roles that enable in-store teams to perform their duties effectively
• Review and refine SAP role and business role assignments, identifying opportunities for optimisation and consistency
• Analyse and implement requested role updates and improvements, including maintaining supporting documentation
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to mitigate risk

Ideal Person:

• SAP role design experience, including S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA and BTP
• SAP Fiori Launchpad design (pages, spaces, sections)
• Identity Management (IDM) and user provisioning
• Experience with DevOps and SAP change tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ChaRM and Solution Manager
• Experience with SAP GRC (EAM, SoD) or similar tools (e.g. Soterion, Cerpass) will be desirable
• Basic SAP Basis knowledge
• SAP licensing exposure (RMM, FUE models)
