Product Owner

We’re looking for senior Product practitioners to join a ways of working transformation programme and in this role you will be focused on uplifting product ownership capability across the enterprise.

You’ll be observing, coaching, and embedding better ways of working around product ownership.

What you’ll be doing

• Embed within teams to assess and uplift capability

• Coach and develop Product Owners through hands-on, in-team support

• Demonstrate best-practice product ownership (not just advise)

• Identify gaps and improve how work flows from idea through to value

• Contribute to building a Product Ownership Learning and capability framework

• Share learnings across teams to drive consistency at scale

• Flex between coaching and stepping in as a PO where needed

What we’re looking for

• Deep experience in enterprise-scale Product Ownership / Product Management

• Proven track record uplifting capability across multiple teams or organisations

• Background as a Chapter Lead / Practice Lead / CoE-style role (highly desirable)

• Strong coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills

• Ability to operate across strategy and execution

• Experience in banking or other regulated environments (preferred)
