Project Manager

You will be responsible for managing complex, high-impact projects including data centre resilience uplift and mobile technology modernisation for frontline clinical teams. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver safely and effectively in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting
• Manage vendors, infrastructure providers, and cross-functional delivery teams
• Facilitate steering committees and stakeholder forums (including executive level)
• Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication
• Manage outages, dependencies, risks, and change impacts
• Ensure delivery aligns with clinical, operational, and compliance requirements
• Support smooth transition into business-as-usual (BAU)

About You

• Proven experience delivering IT / infrastructure projects as a Contract Project Manager
• Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare or similar highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or network environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently with technical teams, clinicians, and executives
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capability
• Calm, structured approach to delivery in complex environments
