Learning Solutions Designer

In this role, you'll partner closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning solutions that support business initiatives and change programs. You'll be responsible for creating blended learning experiences across multiple channels, including e-learning, facilitator-led training, self-paced learning, and virtual delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and identify performance gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to define learning objectives and solution approaches.
• Manage deliverables and timelines to support project go-live dates.
• Present learning solutions for review and sign-off.
• Identify and escalate risks that may impact project delivery.

About You

• Proven experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple delivery channels.
• Strong experience with Articulate Storyline and e-learning development.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical subject matter experts.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
