- Advise a diverse international client base on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, structuring, and foreign investment regulation.
- Manage complex cross-border transactions by collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to high-profile deals in the energy and natural resources sector
- Mentor junior lawyers by sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their professional growth within the team.

- Ensure compliance with local legislation and contribute to pre-engagement screening processes as required.
What you bring:
- Possess at least six years’ post-qualification experience ideally gained from a top-tier or international law firm specialising in corporate law.
- Demonstrate a proven track record managing complex corporate transactions with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters.
- Showcase a pragmatic approach when handling intricate client relationships independently while maintaining sensitivity towards diverse backgrounds.
- Exhibit commitment to mentoring junior lawyers by actively contributing to their professional development within the team environment.
- Apply strong technical legal skills combined with an understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to energy and natural resources sectors.
