What you'll do:

You will be advising global clients on intricate corporate matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex cross-border transactions, contributing to high-profile deals within the energy and natural resources sector, and building lasting relationships with influential clients. You will play a vital role in mentoring junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that supports both individual growth and team success. Continuous learning is encouraged through extensive training opportunities designed to keep you at the forefront of industry trends.

  • Advise a diverse international client base on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, structuring, and foreign investment regulation.
  • Manage complex cross-border transactions by collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Contribute to high-profile deals in the energy and natural resources sector
  • Mentor junior lawyers by sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their professional growth within the team.

What you bring:

  • Possess at least six years’ post-qualification experience ideally gained from a top-tier or international law firm specialising in corporate law.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record managing complex corporate transactions with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters.
  • Showcase a pragmatic approach when handling intricate client relationships independently while maintaining sensitivity towards diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit commitment to mentoring junior lawyers by actively contributing to their professional development within the team environment.
  • Apply strong technical legal skills combined with an understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to energy and natural resources sectors.
