Intermediate or Senior Property Lawyer

You will be a trusted adviser to a diverse range of clients. Your position will involve handling the full breadth of property law matters, offering variety and challenge in your day-to-day work. Depending on your skill set, you could be involved in any of the following:

• Advising on residential, commercial, and rural property transactions
• Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements
• Leasing (commercial and retail) for landlords and tenants
• Subdivisions and unit title developments
• Due diligence investigations
• Advising on easements, covenants, and other land-related rights
• Assisting with property financing arrangements
• Providing advice on resource management and local government issues related to property

This role is full-time, but flexible work options will be considered, including part-time arrangements.

What you will bring l Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

• 2+ years of post admission experience with some acquired in property law
• Strong techincal skills across general property law matters
• A friendly, professional approach with strong relationship management skills
• A current New Zealand practicing certificate or eligibility to obtain one
