Customer Communications Manager

About the Role:
As a Customer Communications Manager within our client’s Customer and Content team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping integrated programs, journeys, and communications that strengthen customer relationships, drive engagement and retention, and support sustainable business growth. You’ll translate customer insights and business strategies into actionable plans, taking ownership of delivery, optimisation, and continuous improvement across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver customer communications campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, legal, risk, data & analytics, marketing & content to achieve shared strategic goals.
- Shape the customer journey by implementing and optimising lifecycle communications and targeted campaigns that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Craft insight-led briefs and creative content with a customer-first approach.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or communications within a large, complex organisation. Ideally Banking or Insurance.
- Proven ability to develop and manage end to end campaign delivery – turning insights into action.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast paced environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to build strong collaborative relationships.
- Experience crafting clear, engaging content that simplifies complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with complex products, regulatory compliance, and processes.
