Marketing & Growth Manager
This role is pivotal in modernising the company’s presence, driving sustainable revenue growth, and strengthening brand positioning through advanced digital strategies and AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Planning: The Marketing & Growth Manager will develop and execute a digitally driven marketing strategy that aligns with the General Manager's vision to elevate the service offering. With a strong focus on sales linkage, this strategy will directly support Business Unit revenue growth and brand positioning while enhancing market visibility.
- Digital Modernisation: A key focus of the role is modernising Horizon Energy Group’s presence through advanced digital platforms, upgraded websites, and AI automation. The successful candidate will leverage AI tools to create fast, customised marketing collateral such as case studies and capability statements.
- Collaboration Across Business Units: The role integrates closely with each Business Unit to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives, customer needs, and strategic priorities. Professional, proactive, and confident communication with internal teams is critical.
- Go-to-Market Planning: The manager will deliver clear and disciplined go-to-market plans to drive demand generation, market differentiation, and measurable performance outcomes.
- Content Creation & Brand Positioning: The role involves creating high-quality content for various platforms while working closely with the Communications Manager to ensure consistency across internal and external communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in marketing strategy and planning, with a proven ability to deliver results in a B2B environment.
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or another related field.
- Expertise in AI-driven marketing tools and platforms to streamline content creation and execution.
- Strong experience in planning and developing go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline growth and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with internal stakeholders across multiple Business Units.
- A strategic thinker who thrives on delivering innovative solutions that strengthen brand positioning and enhance market visibility.
