Marketing and Communications Coordinator

We’re recruiting on behalf of a national organisation looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join their Wellington office and get started right away!

About the role

You’ll get involved in a wide mix of marketing and comms activity, including:

• Creating content for campaigns (writing, photography, basic video)

• Supporting design tasks and marketing initiatives

• Updating internal channels and producing the monthly staff newsletter

• Assisting with website updates and directing incoming enquiries

• Event coordination and administration

What you’ll bring

• A relevant tertiary qualification (marketing or similar preferred)

• Strong writing skills and attention to detail

• Confidence with digital tools, CMS platforms and basic design software

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised

• Video production and editing skills are a bonus
