Graduated in Biochemistry and a Master of Education (M.Ed.), Paula began competing as a professional paddle player 9 years ago (16 World Padel Tour tournaments, 2 World Cups, and currently ranked number 1 in the world).
Paula's determination and commitment from a very young age is evident in her sporting development, which has taken her to world number one:
- 2016 - She begins to stand out in the world of paddle tennis, proclaiming herself Champion of Extremadura, her native land.
- 2019 - She is crowned Champion of Spain, Europe and WPT revelation player, circuit in which she obtained her first victory.
- 2021 – Forms a pair with her current partner Ariana Sánchez and together they conquer 5 more tests.
- 2022 - Playing 18 finals in one season, a staggering record that no other male or female pairing had achieved before.
- 2023 - Season opens with the sponsorship of the Robert Walters Group and winning the Abu Dhabi Master.
- 2024 - Paula opens the Premier Padel season winning the first two tournaments.
