Graduate Technical and Communications Assistant
Join Medicines New Zealand as a Technical & Communications Assistant in this 12-month graduate role. - Provide technical support, including contributing to policy documents, guidance materials, and internal resources.
- Draft and coordinate newsletters and other communications for stakeholders.
- Gather, review, and update content for the Medicines New Zealand website, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Maintain and update the client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist with a range of technical and communications projects by providing research and coordination support as required.
- Support the development and finalisation of organisational documents.
- Identify and follow up on outstanding tasks, ensuring completion and alignment across technical and communications workstreams.
- Background or qualifications in health or biological sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) with experience or ability to rapidly gain proficiency in managing datasets and databases.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting clear and engaging content.
- Strong interest in regulatory environments (preferably in health, medicines, or related sectors).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and clean datasets effectively.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while following through on loose ends.
- Ability to work independently while contributing across a variety of technical projects.
- Familiarity with the New Zealand health sector context.
- Experience using database CRM systems such as Monday.com.
