Procurement and Property Lead

We’re looking for a skilled Procurement & Property Specialist to join a dynamic team in Wellington. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with the potential to extend.

About the role:

• Lead end-to-end procurement, including tenders and contract management

• Support property lease management: renewals, landlord liaison, and compliance

• Collaborate with department heads to plan procurement requirements

• Assist with fleet and IT procurement projects

About you:

• 3–5+ years of procurement experience; government or regulated environment experience is a plus

• Strong negotiation, contract management, and organisational skills

• Confident, methodical, adaptable, and able to work autonomously

• Wellington-based
