What You’ll Be Doing?

-Build relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Source top talent using various methods (job boards, social media, networking).
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from initial interviews to successful placements.
-Negotiate contracts and fees while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
-Work towards individual and team targets in a collaborative environment.
