ServiceNow Technical Consultant

This role is focused on delivering high‑quality ServiceNow consulting and technical solutions that help customers realise real business outcomes from technology.

You’ll work across the full lifecycle of engagements — from discovery and design through to build, delivery, and optimisation — while acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

The Role:

  • Design, implement, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across complex customer environments
  • Lead and contribute to technical design, architecture, and solution delivery for medium to large engagements
  • Act as a technical SME across ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and transformations
  • Partner with architects, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Lead customer workshops including discovery, co‑design, and solution definition sessions
  • Provide technical governance, quality assurance, and best‑practice guidance during delivery
  • Mentor and support junior consultants and engineers within the ServiceNow practice
  • Contribute to service offerings, delivery frameworks, and reusable assets

Ideal Person:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an end‑to‑end ServiceNow Consultant, including migrations and transformations
  • 10+ years’ overall experience within the IT industry
  • Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow implementations and integrations
  • Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) background
  • Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC or Performance Analytics
  • Experience operating within SIAM or large enterprise environments
