• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions within complex environments.
• A proven track record of mentoring or coaching colleagues—whether formally or informally—with a genuine interest in helping others grow their skills and confidence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or coordinate small teams on technical projects while maintaining a collaborative approach that values input from all members.
• Hands-on expertise in coding coupled with practical experience deploying solutions into production environments.
• A strategic mindset that enables you to see both immediate needs and longer-term opportunities—especially regarding AI integration within business applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust quickly with team members, vendors, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
