Integration Developer x2 - Intermediate - Senior level

As an Integration Developer, you’ll work across enterprise platforms and digital products, connecting systems that support fully digital, end‑to‑end customer journeys.

You’ll be part of small, high‑trust engineering teams with real ownership and influence over technical decisions.

The Role:

• *Designing and delivering scalable, secure integration solutions
• *Building, exposing, and maintaining robust APIs
• *Working with messaging queues and brokers in distributed systems
• *Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
• *Collaborating closely with product, architecture, and delivery teams
• *Making architectural decisions that impact the wider organisation

Ideal Person:

• *Integration development in enterprise or regulated environments
• *Microservices architecture (Spring Boot preferred)
• *RESTful API design and integration patterns
• *Messaging technologies and asynchronous processing
• *Containerised platforms (Docker, OpenShift or Kubernetes)
• *API management platforms (e.g. IBM API Connect, DataPower)
• *Oracle SOA Suite / Oracle Service Bus (or similar)
• *CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• *Agile delivery (Scrum and/or Kanban)
