Senior UI Developer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contract Senior UI Developer with a strong specialisation in React for a 6-month engagement. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team to drive the development of intuitive and high-performing user interfaces for our cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Implement best practices and coding standards to produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards and optimise application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and product quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Angular is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Developer Products (GDP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end interfaces.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
