Legal Executive

What you'll do:
- Independently manage a portfolio of residential property files from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate regularly with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and ensure seamless transactions.
- Prepare, review, and process all necessary documentation related to residential conveyancing matters, maintaining attention to detail at every stage.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on property titles, LIM reports, agreements for sale and purchase, and other relevant documents to safeguard clients’ interests
- Coordinate settlements by liaising with banks, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely completion of all financial arrangements.
- Utilise practice management systems effectively for file management, time recording, billing, and compliance purposes.
What you bring:
- 4+ years' experience in property transactions such as residential conveyancing, developments and subdivisions
- Confidence in managing a portfolio of residential property files from initial instruction through to settlement
- Strong organisational skills allow you to manage multiple files concurrently without compromising on quality or deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills help you build rapport with clients and stakeholders while explaining legal concepts clearly
- Proficiency with practice management software supports efficient file administration and billing processes.
