Research and Education Advanced Network New Zealand (REANNZ) is Crown-owned company, serving as the national digital backbone for Aotearoa’s research, education, and innovation sectors.
As kaitiaki of New Zealand’s national research and education infrastructure, REANNZ provides specialist compute platforms, high-performance connectivity, and expertise that enable the exchange of world-changing ideas - across New Zealand and globally.
Our purpose-built network and high-performance computing platform move massive datasets securely and reliably, powering discoveries that simply aren’t possible on commercial networks. Through our global links, researchers here are part of a community spanning over 120 countries.
