MSD’s Improvement, Systems and Technology group provides the systems and technology that enable our MSD people and our partners to help New Zealanders get the support they need, when they need it.
From strategy, design and development to operation, maintenance and support, we’re responsible for improving and managing MSD’s systems and infrastructure. The transformation of MSD’s services is just beginning. It’s a fantastic opportunity, almost once in a generation, to improve the underlying systems and core technology that support our services to New Zealanders, our people and partners.
