- Owning the Integrated Management System (IMS) and embedding it across the business
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Supporting risk identification and mitigation
- Providing clear reporting on performance, risk and compliance
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with organisation-wide visibility working closely with leaders to influence how things get done.
What we’re looking for
- An understanding of quality system processes and procedures
- A qualification in quality assurance or equivalent industry experience
- Able to influence and work with stakeholders across the business
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Confident computer skills including Microsoft Office with proven documentation and writing abilities
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards, managing audit processes and experience delivering process or continuous improvement initiatives is essential.
Why join
- Purpose-driven organisation supporting Christchurch communities

- Broad role with real impact across the organisation
