Robert Walters Business Support team are on the hunt for talented Executive Assistants to join our exclusive talent pool for temporary roles. We're seeking highly organised, proactive individuals who thrive in dynamic environments. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and are available immediately for temporary assignments, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.

Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.

Drafting and proofreading correspondence and reports.

Handling confidential information and maintaining discretion.

Assisting in event planning and coordination.

Providing general administrative support as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Diary Management and minutes experience.

Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.

Flexibility to adapt to different industries and work environments.
