PA to Director of Operations

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who can work at an Executive Assistant level to support the Director of Operations in one the largest business units within this organisation. A 3-month temporay role and opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment. The role promises variety and impact and benefits may include flexible working arrangements as you settle into the daily operating rhythm.

In this fast-paced position you will :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy inbox, responding to and prioritising communications effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage a calendar filled with executive leadership, committee and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Be prepared to rearrange priorities in response to weather events or urgent matters.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including purchase order management, leave requests, timesheet tracking, and travel coordination across the South and occasionally North Island.
  • Engage with multiple technology platforms to communicate with team members in the office and in the field.
