Are you a highly organised coordinator who loves keeping people, information and projects on track? A temporary role covering maternity leave from mid-August to mid-December has come available and we're looking for an experienced administrator and coordinator to join a busy programme and portfolio function supporting a range of strategic initiatives and senior stakeholders.m
Portfolio and Governance Coordinator
Temporary Assignment | Christchurch
This is a varied role where you'll be at the centre of the action, providing coordination, governance, administration and stakeholder support across multiple projects, committees and workstreams.
If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, managing competing priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Your days will be varied and may include:
- Coordinating meetings, governance processes and committee administration
- Ensure information, records and documentation are accurate and accessible via Sharepoint
- Preparing (drafting, printing, distribution) of agendas, taking action points and follow up of actions
- Supporting reporting, proofreading and portfolio administration
- Managing committee logistics and the smooth flow of information across multiple stakeholders
- Support strategic programmes through effective coordination and organisation
- Provide high-level administrative support across the wider team
