What you’ll bring:

  3–7 years’ experience in business analysis across digital, process, or platform transformation projects

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in structured modelling techniques, with the ability to simplify complexity for a range of audiences

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to define requirements, manage backlogs, and work closely with delivery teams

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of change management, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience

  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of payroll systems and related data structures

  Common understanding of HR and payroll processes, data they rely on

  Confident in SAP HCM/Payroll
