  • Use structured techniques like process modelling, user journey mapping, or data mapping to uncover insights

  • Explore and frame solution options that align business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility

  • Lead impact assessments across teams, platforms (including Workday), and business processes to surface dependencies early

  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and vendors

  • Build strong relationships across disciplines to foster trust, communication, and engagement

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability and best practices

  • Support training and documentation initiatives by introducing tools or techniques that enhance delivery

  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, risk, and health & safety policies

What you bring:

  • 3–7 years of business analysis experience across digital, transformation, or process improvement initiatives

  • Strong analytical and visual modelling skills (e.g., process maps, user journeys)

  • Proven ability to define requirements, manage backlogs, and work closely with delivery teams

  • Experience with change impact assessments, identifying dependencies, and mitigating risk

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience

  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and data dependencies - experience with Workday is a strong advantage
