Business Analyst

Our client is embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey to revolutionize their end-to-end supply chain over the next two years—and they need YOU to help make it happen! 🌟 In this contract Business Analyst role, you’ll act as the critical bridge between business, change, and technology teams, working closely with stakeholders on the ground, as well as internal teams to drive meaningful change.

What skills you will have in spades:

• Identifying and modelling business processes
• Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements
• Developing scenario models & capturing metrics to support decision making

What will make you stand out:
✔️ A blend of technical + business BA expertise – you’re more than just an API spec writer; you excel at turning stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
✔️ Familiarity with API-led/data integration platforms (e.g., Azure APIM, OAuth 2.0).
✔️ Knowledge of B2B and consumer-facing integration models.
✔️ Experience with data sharing/privacy considerations like DSAs or consent models.
✔️ Strong facilitation skills - comfortable talking to any stakeholder and ready to hit the ground running from day one!
