What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and implement robust full-stack generative AI solutions utilising Azure AI Foundry, React, and associated cloud services to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and maintain custom GPTs, ChatGPT assistants, and autonomous agents tailored to address specific organisational challenges and client requirements.
- Create low-code applications and accelerators leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Apps to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Microsoft AI technologies, ChatGPT capabilities, large language models (LLMs), and share relevant insights with colleagues to foster collective growth.
- Provide expert technical guidance during presales activities, proof-of-concept phases, and throughout project delivery cycles to ensure successful outcomes.
- Uphold organisational values by ensuring compliance with codes of conduct and internal policies in all aspects of your work.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent applied experience demonstrating deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI/LLM engineering including RAG pipelines, embeddings management, fine-tuning models, agent orchestration techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
- Proven track record delivering full-stack solutions on the Microsoft technology stack—specifically React/TypeScript for front-end development; Azure OpenAI & Functions for back-end logic; REST/GraphQL APIs; SQL/NoSQL data stores integration.
- Expertise in enterprise solution design encompassing security best practices, privacy compliance measures, logging strategies, cost optimisation tactics; familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
- Demonstrated capability building low-code applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Apps as well as integrating Custom GPTs or OpenAI Agents into existing workflows.
- Experience evaluating build versus buy/configure strategies for multi-cloud GenAI services such as AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI platforms.
- Ability to translate complex artificial intelligence concepts into clear business language suitable for non-technical stakeholders during demos or presales engagements.
