Your technical acumen should encompass everything from endpoint management technologies to advanced collaboration ecosystems like Teams Telephony. You bring proven skills in application packaging for automated deployments as well as remote fleet management—ensuring operational continuity across diverse devices. Your familiarity with modern Windows operating systems is complemented by deep expertise in cloud-based administration tools such as Intune or Purview. Beyond technical prowess, your success will stem from your collaborative approach: you thrive when working together towards shared goals under tight deadlines. - Extensive experience administering Microsoft 365 ecosystems at medium to large enterprise level using advanced administration portals for best-practice governance.
- Comprehensive understanding of hybrid domain architectures including Active Directory (on-premise), Entra ID integration, endpoint management technologies, and Microsoft desktop applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams collaboration tools including integrated meeting room technology and Teams Telephony for seamless communication experiences.
- Proven ability in packaging applications for automated deployment as well as remote management of Windows-based notebook fleets within enterprise environments.
- Expertise in current Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems with strong adherence to best-practice management and maintenance protocols.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint Online, OneDrive), Entra ID/Active Directory administration, Intune device management, Purview compliance tools, Group Policy configuration, and PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience supporting hardware for laptops/desktops along with practical knowledge of Papercut print queue setup/management processes.
- Demonstrated curiosity for learning emerging technologies coupled with a willingness to share insights that elevate team capability through automation initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot agents or Power Platform administration would be advantageous but not essential.
