Stream Lead - Digital and Integration
As a Digital Integration Stream Lead based in Auckland, you will be entrusted with overseeing the strategic planning and execution of complex OTT platform integrations within an established digital ecosystem. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with diverse teams to consolidate critical business data streams while optimising operational workflows for maximum efficiency. You will champion best practices in regulatory compliance and risk management as you guide projects from conception through completion. By establishing clear performance tracking systems and fostering open communication among stakeholders, you will ensure that each integration delivers measurable improvements in customer experience and supports wider organisational transformation. Your ability to nurture cross-team relationships will be essential as you help build a more connected, responsive digital environment. * Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for integrating OTT platforms in line with the organisation’s overarching digital strategy, ensuring all objectives are met efficiently. * Lead the end-to-end process of incorporating OTT platform data into enterprise systems, focusing on accessibility, usability, and long-term sustainability. * Rework existing business and operational processes to support seamless OTT integration while maximising performance outcomes for all stakeholders involved. * Collaborate closely with data specialists, technology experts, and business teams to maintain high standards of data integrity throughout the integration journey. * Ensure strict adherence to data governance policies, privacy regulations, and industry compliance standards during every phase of the integration process. * Identify potential risks associated with OTT platform integration or data migration early on and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project success. * Establish robust mechanisms for tracking performance metrics related to integration completeness, data accuracy, platform reliability, and customer impact. * Provide clear leadership and coordination across internal departments as well as external partners engaged in the OTT integration initiative. * Work jointly with senior leaders in Technology, Digital, and Planning to align customer experience enhancements with broader organisational goals.
