Opportunity to join a leading Banking & Finance team as an Associate or Senior Associate.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting for borrowers (including PE sponsors, PE portfolio companies and large cap corporates);
• Acting for lenders (including banks, credit funds and other non-bank lenders);
• Working on a broad range of complex and innovative financing transactions across different industry sectors.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Have 4 + years' experience in banking and finance;
• Relish playing a key role in transactions;
• Enjoy working collaboratively; and
• Have strong technical and commercial abilities.
