Senior Solicitor - Project Finance

Opportunity to join a leading Project Finance team as an Associate or Senior Associate.

Working on New Zealand's most significant and highly complex transactions, many of which have cross-border considerations. This includes transactions for major corporates, Government projects of national significance, and key infrastructure projects to help shape New Zealand.

Key responsibilities:

Working on large-scale project finance matters. You will have the opportunity to work across infrastructure projects, renewable energy projects, construction projects, property finance work and a broad range of corporate finance matters.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Have 4 + years' experience in project finance;
• Relish playing a key role in transactions;
• Enjoy working collaboratively; and
• Have strong technical and commercial abilities.
