What You’ll Do:
As the Marketing Manager at KidsCan, you will be instrumental in executing data driven marketing initiatives that expand their supporter base, enhance brand recognition, and achieve meaningful fundraising results. With a blend of creativity and purpose, you'll ensure their storytelling authentically represents the core of KidsCan's mission.
- Execute integrated marketing strategies that align with KidsCan’s fundraising and brand goals.
- Deliver multichannel campaigns for appeals, regular giving, corporate partnerships, and brand awareness.
- Be the guardian of the KidsCan brand, ensuring consistency across all communications and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging content that resonates with supporters.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing and campaign delivery.
- Strong digital marketing skills with a knack for analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- A values-driven approach with a passion for creating impactful campaigns that make a difference.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams and manage external partners.
- Creativity, initiative, and dedication to empowering Kiwi kids through meaningful storytelling.
