As well as making a difference to the organisations serving Aotearoa, we're also paying attention to the consequences of our work. We're monitoring our effect on the environment and actively reducing our travel, our waste, and our use of power.

Because our people matter, we have a great range of staff benefits. All professionally qualified staff get five weeks’ annual leave each year to rest, recharge, and explore New Zealand.
People who haven’t yet gained professional qualifications are supported financially and with study leave to achieve their chartered accountancy qualification. Everyone has a mentor to help them develop and pursue their career goals.
We have a wide range of wellness benefits and support, including reimbursement for eye tests and eyewear cost contributions and ‘flu’ jabs each winter.
