Project Manager

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time, and budget.

Day to day you will deliver across multiple workstreams, engaging with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes in a complex, operational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure)
• Leading governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across projects
• Managing scope, risks, issues, budgets, and project controls to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, consultants, and external delivery partners
• Ensuring smooth operational handover and embedding of project outcomes
• Building strong relationships across internal stakeholders and external partners

About You

You are an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in technology, engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments.

You bring:

• At least 7+ years’ industry experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in complex, high-stakes environments
• Experience within Defence, Aviation, Electrical and Facilities Maintnenace is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across all levels

A relevant tertiary qualification is required, with formal project management certification (e.g. PMP) considered advantageous.
