Bridget's nomination recognises her outstanding contribution to Robert Walters and the recruitment industry as a whole.
Starting in 2011, Bridget brought with her years of experience from her time in both the UK and Canada. “I knew I wanted a career in recruitment,” she explains. “I love people and the opportunity to work with not only clients but also candidates really appealed.”
Her impressive succession in Robert Walters, commercial vision and innovative ideas inspire her colleagues and encourage them to succeed. Her honest and authentic approach sees her respected across Robert Walters New Zealand and beyond.
Bridget has been with Robert Walters for 9 years and has made a significant impact to the organisation. She has been critical to the businesses success and is an early adopter of new techniques and products “She doesn’t just introduce new ideas and walk away,” says Shay Peters, Robert Walters NZ, Managing Director. “Bridget actively seeks feedback from colleagues, clients and candidates so that we continually improve our innovations.” he adds.
