Are you available for a temporary assignment - Rolleston based - start immediately for the next two months? There is carparking available the role will be busy. Supporting two Executives with conflicting calendar demands requires a pragmatic, solution based approach that will keep you busy. The role is what you would expect working as a Personal Assistant so experience working at this level is definitely required.

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a short-term assignment? We have an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

About the Role:
Based in Rolleston, this busy role involves supporting two Executives with conflicting calendar demands, requiring a pragmatic and solution-focused approach. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing complex calendars and schedules.
  • Prioritising multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborating effectively across teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Using your computer tech savviness to navigate your way around multiple software platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at a Senior Leader level.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Confidence in managing high-pressure situations with tact and efficiency.
