We're looking for a positive, adaptable and tech-savvy administrator to join a busy Executive office environment. This role provides support to senior leaders, while also being an important member of a collaborative administration team. The position includes a mix of executive support, coordination, relationship management, reception cover and general office support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a people-focused environment, and is comfortable embracing new technology including AI tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing proactive administrative and coordination support to senior leaders.
  • Managing correspondence, documents, meetings and general office administration.
  • Helping organise events, travel, catering and stakeholder visits.
  • Preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials.
  • Supporting projects and process improvements.
  • Working closely with a friendly team of administrators to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Creating a welcoming experience for visitors, guests and VIPs — whether that's arranging a meeting room or making a great cup of tea.
  • Finding smarter ways of working and using technology to improve processes.

About you

We're more interested in attitude, adaptability and administrative capability than a traditional career as a Personal Assistant.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Happy moving between executive support, administration and front-of-house responsibilities
