Project Manager

As Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role delivering complex, cross-functional projects that support the organisation’s strategic goals. You’ll lead initiatives from end to end, ensuring they stay on time, on budget, and deliver measurable benefits. You’ll be part of an energised and collaborative team where innovation and excellence are valued, and your contributions directly impact the success of internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of large-scale projects ($5–15M), from planning through to implementation.

• Establish and maintain robust project governance, assurance, and reporting structures.

• Manage risks, issues, and change controls with agility and foresight.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Coach and support team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Work with change managers to ensure business readiness and track benefits post-implementation.

About You

You’re a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and seasoned project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed and bring a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and delivery.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 5+ years’ project management experience in IT or business transformation.

• Experience delivering at least one project exceeding NZ$1M.

• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and commercial contracts.

• Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, or Agile certifications (preferred).

• A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Engineering or similar.
