Recently undertaken a structural review to change the way we support our colleagues undertake procurement at Fire and Emergency with a focus is on lifting our strategic partnering not only with the business but also our suppliers.
The procurement function at Fire and Emergency is newly designed into three specific areas: Sourcing; Category Business Partners; and Practice and Capability.
Our focus is about growing our organisational capability in this space and supporting our people make strategic procurement decision to procure goods and services from property, appliances and travel in the right way . This is a new and exciting time for procurement at Fire and Emergency as we have a real opportunity to make a difference for Aotearoa.
