Administration Support Officer - Health Centre
Are you an organised administrator comfortable using software and looking for an interesting role in a fast-paced health centre? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team immediately on a temporary assignment until the end of September, with the potential for extension.
About the Role:
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting this busy and unique health centre. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating external appointments and requesting community records from GP’s and hospitals.
- Scanning received documents into the patient management system.
- Ordering supplies and managing deliveries.
- Tackling a backlog of documents that need scanning and physical filing.
- Other administration tasks as required.
Initially, you’ll focus on learning the ropes while providing support with scanning and filing tasks. As you grow into the role, you’ll take on more responsibilities and enjoy the daily rhythm of this unique workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience with Medtech is ideal, but not essential.
✔ Confident using MS Word, Outlook, and other databases to quickly adapt to new systems.
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
✔ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from the experienced team of administrators.
