Agnes is CEO of Global Women in New Zealand. She’s an entrepreneurial education and professional leader with more than 15 years’ experience in the education sector, recognised for championing a more diverse and inclusive Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Joe is a colleague of Agnes’ at Global Women, where he works as Director of Champions for Change and Global Women Advocacy. He previously worked in several strategic roles at Chartered Accountants ANZ – including as Equity Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Lead.

In this episode we discuss diversity and inclusion in the New Zealand workforce. Where are we today? Where do we want to be tomorrow? And – perhaps most importantly – how we can achieve that vision with the courage and commitment of New Zealand’s HR leaders and hiring managers.
