Shay is a finalist for the Recruitment Leader of the Year award, recognising his outstanding contribution to Robert Walters and the recruitment industry as a whole.
Shay’s impressive succession in Robert Walters and big picture thinking inspires his colleagues and drives them to succeed. Starting as a consultant in 2009, he moved quickly through the businesses management structure to become New Zealand Country Manager in 2016, the youngest Country Manager to be appointed for Robert Walters in the APAC region.
Shay has brought a fresh enthusiasm to the role and has worked to innovate some of the businesses key differentiators. Since being appointed, Shay has introduced many changes to the operating methodology of the New Zealand business. This continued drive for innovation inspires Shay’s business as it demonstrates his willingness to challenge the status quo and positively agitate.
We wish Shay all the best at the SARAs.
